Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits (not flaky layers) Provides a fluffy, thick base.
  • 1 cup Nutella (or your favorite chocolate-hazelnut spread) Lower sugar options are available.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Use unsalted to control salt levels.
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar (for dusting) For the finishing touch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the biscuits from the can and gently peel each one to separate it into two layers, yielding 16 individual layers.
  2. Flatten each layer into a 4-inch circle using a rolling pin or your hands.
Filling and Sealing
  1. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each circle.
  2. Fold the sides of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly and shape into balls.
Cooking
  1. Generously brush the tops and bottoms of the bombs with melted butter.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray and place the bombs in a single layer, about 2 inches apart.
  3. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes and then dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.

Notes

Allow bombs to sit for a minute after air frying as they will be molten inside. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature or a week in the fridge.
