  • 2 large large ripe pears Opt for Bosc or Anjou pears for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese Choose high-quality feta for richer taste.
  • 3 tablespoons honey Substitute with monk fruit for lower sugar.
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries Fresh cranberries can be used but will require adjusting the sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Can substitute with pecans or almonds.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pears in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, cranberries, and walnuts.
  6. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.

  1. Serve warm as an appetizer or dessert.
