- Divide the batter evenly between the two mugs and top with additional walnuts.
Cooking
- Microwave each mug for 90 to 120 seconds, checking for doneness at 90 seconds.
- Serve warm drizzled with caramel sauce.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for even mixing. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days if leftovers remain. Adjust the microwave time based on wattage.
