Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until creamy.
  4. Gradually add the milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
