- Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 20 minutes to let the seasoning penetrate the meat.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once grilled, let the chicken rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Salsa
- In a bowl, gently combine diced mango, diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, and extra lime juice.
Serving
- Slice or leave the chicken whole, then spoon the mango avocado mixture over the top and serve immediately.
