Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges tightly with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
