- In a large mixing bowl, add the confectioners sugar, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, powdered milk, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the hot cocoa powder into an airtight container for storage.
Serving
- When ready to indulge, take about 1/4 cup of the cocoa mix per cup of hot water or milk. Adjust to taste.
- Pour the hot liquid over the cocoa mix and stir until completely dissolved. Top with mini marshmallows if desired.
Notes
Use a frother for frothy hot cocoa and ensure to store the mix in a cool, dry place.
