Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the confectioners sugar, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, powdered milk, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
  2. Transfer the hot cocoa powder into an airtight container for storage.
Serving
  1. When ready to indulge, take about 1/4 cup of the cocoa mix per cup of hot water or milk. Adjust to taste.
  2. Pour the hot liquid over the cocoa mix and stir until completely dissolved. Top with mini marshmallows if desired.
