- In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve meatballs topped with tzatziki and garnish with extra dill if desired.
Notes
