  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries Enhances strawberry flavor.

Preparation
  1. Add the Rice Chex cereal to a very large mixing bowl and set it aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and unsalted butter at 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberry gelatin powder, instant cheesecake pudding mix, and vanilla extract until fully combined to create the coating.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cereal, gently folding until all pieces are coated.
  5. Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag or container. Add the powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries, then shake until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the puppy chow onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool completely. Toss with sprinkles before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Avoid reheating in the microwave to maintain crisp texture.
